Kotüjada is an ethnological and culinary event where the Posavski kotü is cooked, as well as the Posavje ecological - peasant market is opened. Gathering cooking groups and setting up the boilers begins in the morning. The cooking groups who show their skills by swinging knives and cookers show us in their original Kotűja chores how to prepare and cook a real Posavski Kotü! At the end of cooking, the evaluation takes place. After the announcement of the winner, all visitors can taste this Posavje culinary specialty.

Visitors and fans of individual cooking groups can help their favorites to win by encouraging and cheering, as the evaluation also takes into account the originality of the preparation and cooking performance of each group of the competitors.

As part of the ethnological-culinary event, it also smells of home-made buckwheat and flax bread baked by Posavje men and women, as there is also an evaluation and exhibition of buckwheat and flax bread next to Kotüjada.

The event will be rounded off by the Posavje eco farming market, where local Posavje growers will present their local products and handicraft products, which we will also be able to buy.

At the event itself, we are warmed by mulled wine and tea, which are free for all visitors, and the whole event is musically enriched.
