Between Pohorje, the river Drava and the Karavanke there is a landscape full of adventures - Carinthia!

In the early morning we go wandering around our hidden treasure of nature - Carinthia. On the way we make a short stop for morning coffee. The trail then takes us onwards towards our first stop - a farm with a 250-year tradition of milk and dairy production. Our hosts take us on a tour of their production, followed by a rich tasting in the rural ambience of the tasting room, they will serve us with semi-hard cheeses and young cheeses, various spreads, grilled cheeses, pickled vinegars in oil, sweet cottage cheese and homemade bread. rinse with homemade wine and juice. Well refreshed, we continue our journey towards Gortina, where a real "flossar" experience will await us! On the bank, we will be greeted by a "kormoniš" with a traditional flossar greeting, we will get to know the tradition of flosarism on the Drava, listen to their story, try a real flosar lunch and experience a flosar baptism. We will end our wandering around Carinthia with a visit to the excellent tourist farm in Šentanel, where we will be greeted by smiling hosts with a home-made aperitif and conjured up a real culinary experience and served us with authentic home-made delicacies.

In the evening we head back towards home.
