Visit one of the largest Medieval pearls of the Adriatic, take a walk through the pleasant alleys of coastal towns and explore the tastes from unique Istrian wines.
Departure at 6.20 from Brežice and at 7.00 from Novo mesto. Driving past Ljubljana towards the Slovenian coast. Our first stop is in the beautiful city of Piran, where we will walk to the lighthouse on Cape Madonna, from where 200m from the coast there is an underwater natural monument, which the locals call underwater Triglav. We will continue our journey through the narrow cobbled streets all the way to the famous Tartini Square, where we will be able to enjoy a great coffee.
Then there is a short walk to the pier, where a boat will be waiting for us, which we will board and enjoy a real panoramic ride along the Slovenian coast. We will enrich our gathering with a real "fish picnic". After a wonderful sea experience, we will board the bus again and drive towards the village of Merezige, where we will be received by representatives of the first Slovenian wine fountain. This is followed by a tour of the wine fountain and tasting of different types of wine.
To complete the autumn trip, we will stop for a late lunch before leaving the coastal area and thus end our trip. A drive home follows. We return home in the late evening.
