Visit the heart of Pohorje - Rogla and experience an adrenalin ride throught the beautiful Pohorje forest. .
Departure at 07:00 in the morning from Brežice. Drive past Krško and Celje towards Velenje until our first stop at the Slovenian Coal Mining Museum. Accompanied by a guide, we will get to know the development of coal mining to the present day, see mining tools and machines, learn about the geological composition of the Šaleška Valley and experience how miners lived more than 100 years ago. In the deepest dining room on Slovenian soil, we will be served a mining brunch and taken by subway. The tour is followed by lunch at the nearby farm tourism, where we will be served their home-made delicacies (soup, main course with side dish, salad, dessert).
We will continue our journey towards Rogla. We will visit the Zlodejevo sledding run and descend along a 1,360m long winding track, where we will be able to drive at speeds of up to 40 km / h or enjoy a calmer ride and enjoy the beauty of the Pohorje forests. The adrenaline descent is followed by a drive towards Žalec, which is the center of hop growing in Slovenia. We will visit the Green Gold Beer Fountain, where we will be able to try as many as six different types of beer from Slovenian brewers brewed from Styrian hops. A drive home follows. Expected arrival in Brežice at 9 pm.
