Vineyards "Gadova peč" is the cradle of »Cviček« - a special type of wine which is unique because of the composition and is also known for many healing effects. 

Our sightseeing bus will take us to the southern part of the region Posavje. We will enter the heart of the Dolenjska wine-growing area and wine route. The path will lead us to the picturesque of river Krka and the cradle of wine “Cviček” – Gadova peč. The landscape below Gorjanci is full of cultural, ethnological and natural attractions. We will visit typical wine cellars in which “Dolenjsko” married red wine with white wine and create a friendly wine – “Cviček”. We will visit wine grower “Komatar” in Stojanski vrh, that will open the doors for us and show us its wine farm and their own bottling plant. The Komatar family works on 45,000 vines. They produce ''Cviček'' from their own or bought grapes and other wines under their trademark Turdus, which is bottled in their own filling station. We will visit the estate, listen to the landlord and taste local snacks with a glass of the red pearl. You will also have the option to buy wine.

Nearby you will also visit one of the most beautifully renovated houses in Slovenia, which once offered the home to “wine workers”, but today, when the wine is collected, people who drink “Cviček” use the place to create art – “cvičkorel”. You will see some work of art and learn about the new painting technique. For a short time we will stop at the family Jarkovič, which are known to cultivate wine with lots of love, which is in addition to the knowledge and experience, the key component of the quality of the wine “Cviček”. Next we will visit the place where all major wine events take place. We will continue with a panoramic journey along the hillside of the “Gorjanci” and observe the result of the hard work of winegrowers.

With pleasant impressions we will return to the starting point of our trip.
